Advice
on the Online Application Procedure
The application form is designed in an easy
to use format and will assist us in processing applications
more efficiently. Please ensure that you meet all the eligibility
requirements before starting to fill in the form. In case
of doubt, please contact the DAAD Ghana Office. Please note
:

Before you start, you should print out
the Online Application Guidelines, available on the top
of the main application page.

Your application can be saved only when
the form has been fully and completely filled in.

You cannot save a partially filled in
form and continue working on it at a later point in time.
The entire form must be completed in one session.

The portal will close if you do not enter
any details for more than one hour and your application
will be automatically deleted! You are therefore strongly
advised to go through all the questions so that you can
collect and keep handy any documents that might me needed
to answer them (e.g.curriculum vitae, academic certificates,
etc.).

Once you have submitted the completed
application on the online application form (by pressing
the button Send),
a pdf file with your application form will come up. Please
print it out and sign it.

You will notice that you have been assigned
an application number near the top of the first page,
which has to be given in all subsequent correspondence
with regard to your application.

Your data will be saved on a special
server till the DAAD Ghana Office receives the hard copies
of the filled in application form duly signed by you,
along with the other supporting documents (see attached
list).

Do not forget to sign the application
form after printing it out!

Please ensure that your papers reach
the DAAD Ghana Office before the deadline!

Remember this is only the first step,
as your application will not be considered till the printed
format is received by DAAD office. Incomplete or late
applications will not be accepted
