Our European Summer University addresses the global issues of the increasing mobility of goods and people, offering a combination of scientific lectures, practical exercises and self-experiences as well as selected field trips. The programme is open to bachelor and master students as well as to professionals in Europe and overseas who want to extend their knowledge in the fields of logistics and mobility by interlinking it with profound expertise in sustainable development. It highlights the intercorrelations between sustainable development and both logistics and mobility, including unique field trips to Frankfurt Airport, Rotterdam sea port and the construction side of the Gotthard base-tunnel railway development project.
